Chatbot Telegram Menggunakan Natural Language Processing

Media sosial dapat membantu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk berkomunikasi dan mengobrol tanpa batas jarak. Poltekpar memiliki website yang menyediakan informasi tentang tes masuk universitas Frequently Ask Question (FAQ) bertujuan mahasiswa baru menemukan terkait pendaftaran di Poltekpar. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik, harus memberikan terbaik pada calon mahasiswa. Pelayanan sebelumnya menggunakan FAQ kendala tidak menjawab secara cepat, sehingga dinilai kurang efisien, maka akan lebih mudah dengan adanya Chatbot pertanyaan realtime. Metode penelitian digunakan merupakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall empat tahap yaitu analysis, design, coding testing teknik pengujian aplikasi User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Dalam ini melakukan proses pembuatan sistem metode Natural Language Processing (NLP) diterapkan dibangun Telegram Messenger bahasa pemrograman Python. Hasil diuji mendapat nilai persentase sebesar 94%. menunjukkan sangat layak efektif memperoleh dibutuhkan.
